Keep the transferred assets in your account for a minimum of 9 months (until September 14, 2026) to receive your bonus related to this promotion. We will contact you within 60 days following this date to deliver your bonus.

Is there a limit to the bonus amount?
Yes. We will add 0.35% on your eligible transferred amounts if they reach $35,000 or more during the promotion period, up to a maximum of $3,500.

Do transfers need to be completed by December 14, 2025?
No. Transfers must be initiated or received during the promotional period. We understand that some processes take time, so we allow up to 60 days after December 14, 2025 for the funds to arrive in your account.

Do I need to fill out a registration form?
No. There is no registration form to complete. You must initiate a transfer of at least $35,000 from another financial institution during the promotion period and meet the other promotion conditions to receive your bonus.

How do I transfer an account?
You can contact your financial institution to make the transfer or call us; if you are already a client and have access to the Portal, you can also submit your request online on the page Transfer an account from another institution.

Do I need to make a single transfer of $35,000 or more?
To be eligible, the total amount transferred during the promotion period must be $35,000 or more. Each transfer does not need to be $35,000 or more.

It is important to note that only amounts transferred from another institution will be considered. Purchase transactions do not count toward this promotion.

Exception for a non-registered account: amounts held in a non-registered investment account at another institution are generally not transferred. To transfer amounts from another institution held in a non-registered account, a regular purchase may be accepted if the transacted amounts reach $35,000 or more and are received in full on the same day.

Which accounts can I transfer to?
Transfers made into any type of account offered by FÉRIQUE Investment Services are eligible to be counted toward the 0.35% bonus: RRSP, TFSA, FHSA, RESP, RRIF, LIF, LIRA. 

Non-registered account: amounts held at another institution in a non-registered investment account are generally not transferred. To transfer amounts from another institution held in a non-registered account, a regular purchase may be accepted if the transacted amounts reach $35,000 or more and are received in full on the same day.

What types of transfers are eligible?
All types of transfers are eligible for the 0.35% bonus, provided that the funds come from outside FÉRIQUE Investment Services.

Do I have to pay transfer fees?
We do not charge any fees for transfers to FÉRIQUE Investment Services. However, your other financial institution may charge fees. If so, we reimburse transfer fees up to $150, provided the amount is equal to or greater than $5,000 in a single transfer. Please see our reimbursement policy.

If I withdraw funds and transfer them again, does that count?
No. This offer is intended to reward clients who transfer amounts from another institution into their account with FÉRIQUE Investment Services. If you withdraw funds from your account with FÉRIQUE Investment Services to reinvest them during the promotion period, these withdrawals will reduce your eligible amount for the bonus. If we suspect any attempt to circumvent the system or fraudulent behavior, we reserve the right to remove you from the offer and not pay the bonus.

How is the bonus amount calculated?

1. Transfers and other transactions during the promotion period

The total transfers initiated from another financial institution during the promotion period (November 1 to December 14, 2025) will be considered to determine the reference amount for calculating the bonus, provided they reach $35,000 or more. If the net balance of your other contributions is negative, the reference amount for calculating the bonus will be adjusted downward by the equivalent amount.

Example #1:

1. You transfer $120,000 from another financial institution during the promotion period (Nov. 1 to Dec. 14, 2025).
2. During the same period, you make two other transactions in your FÉRIQUE Investment Services accounts: a purchase of $5,000 and a withdrawal of (-$10,000).
3. Your net contributions excluding transfers for the period total (-$5,000).
4. The reference amount for calculating the bonus will be $115,000.

Example #2:

1. You make a transfer of $110,000 and another transfer of $10,000 during the promotion period. The total amount transferred during the period is $120,000.
2. During the same period, you make two other transactions in your FÉRIQUE Investment Services accounts: a purchase of $10,000 and a withdrawal of (-$3,000).
3. Your net contributions excluding transfers for the period from Nov. 1 to Dec. 14 total +$7,000.
4. The reference amount for calculating the bonus will be $120,000, since only transferred amounts are considered.

Example #3:

1. You transfer $35,000 from another financial institution during the promotion period.
2. During the same period, you make two other transactions in your FÉRIQUE Investment Services accounts: a purchase of $5,000 and a withdrawal of (-$10,000).
3. Your net contributions excluding transfers for the period total (-$5,000).
4. You are not eligible to receive a bonus because the reference amount for calculating the bonus is $30,000, below the $35,000 threshold.

2. Transfers and other transactions during the 9 months following the end of the promotion

For the promotion period and the following 9 months, i.e., from November 1, 2025, to September 14, 2026, if the net balance of other transactions (purchases, withdrawals, outgoing transfers, etc.):

- is negative: the reference amount for calculating the bonus will be reduced accordingly. If the revised reference amount falls below the $35,000 threshold, no bonus will be paid.

- is zero or positive: the reference amount for calculating the bonus will not be affected.

Example #1:

1. You transfer $35,000 from another financial institution during the promotion period (Nov. 1 to Dec. 14, 2025), which is the reference amount for calculating the bonus at the end of the promotion period.
2. Your only other transaction is a withdrawal of (-$10,000) in May 2026 from an account you hold with FÉRIQUE Investment Services.
3. You are not eligible to receive a bonus because the reference amount for calculating the bonus is $25,000, below the $35,000 threshold.

Example #2:

1. You transfer $35,000 from another financial institution during the promotion period, which is the reference amount for calculating the bonus at the end of the promotion period.
2. In February 2026, you make a new transfer of $40,000 from another financial institution and in May 2026, a deposit of $20,000 into your FÉRIQUE Investment Services account.
3. The reference amount for calculating the bonus is $35,000, since only transfers initiated during the promotion period are considered.

Example #3:

1. You transfer $120,000 from another financial institution during the promotion period.
2. During the same period, you make a purchase in your FÉRIQUE Investment Services account for $5,000 and a withdrawal of (-$10,000).
3. The reference amount for calculating the bonus at the end of the promotion period is $115,000.
4. In May 2026, you withdraw (-$5,000) from your TFSA with FÉRIQUE Investment Services.
5. The final reference amount for calculating the bonus is $110,000.

Is my minimum RRIF withdrawal considered in calculating net contributions?
Yes. Minimum RRIF withdrawals will be counted to determine your net contributions excluding transfers.

How will the bonus be paid?
Assets must be held in your account for at least 9 months (until September 14, 2026). We will contact you within 60 days to agree on the FÉRIQUE account and fund in which to invest your bonus.

The promotional period begins on Saturday, November 1^st, 2025, and ends on Sunday, December 14, 2025.

• To be eligible for the offer, an eligible transfer of $35,000 or more from another Canadian financial institution to an account with FÉRIQUE Investment Services and invested in a FÉRIQUE Fund must be initiated or received during the promotional period. We allow up to 60 days after December 14, 2025, for the transferred funds to be deposited into your account.
• Exception for a non-registered account: since amounts held in a non-registered investment account are generally not transferred, a regular purchase may be accepted if the total transaction amount reaches $35,000 or more and is received in full on the same day.
• The transferred amounts must be held for at least 9 months after the end of the promotional period, until September 14, 2026.

• An amount equivalent to 0.35% of the funds transferred into FÉRIQUE Funds during the promotional period.
• The maximum bonus is $3,500 per client, across all accounts combined.
• Only assets transferred from another financial institution (other than FÉRIQUE Investment Services) are eligible.
• The bonus will be calculated based on the adjusted reference amount at the end of the 9-month holding period following the end of the promotional period.
• This offer is intended to reward clients who make new deposits or transfers into their account with FÉRIQUE Investment Services. Transactions from the same household (people residing at the same address) will be combined when calculating the net contribution to prevent attempts to circumvent the system.
• The assets must be held until September 14, 2026, meaning for at least 9 months after the promotional period. As a result, the reference amount used to calculate the bonus may be adjusted downward if the amount of net contributions is negative during the retention period. However, the reference amount used to calculate the bonus will not be increased accordingly if your net contributions are positive.

   
• If, for any reason, the offer cannot proceed as planned, FÉRIQUE Fund Management (the Sponsor) reserves the right, at its sole discretion and without notice, to terminate or suspend the offer in whole or in part or to modify it as it sees fit.
• The Sponsor also reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify, remove, or add to these Terms and Conditions at any time and without notice. In the event of any discrepancy between these Terms and the content of any brochure or other promotional materials related to this offer, these Terms and Conditions will prevail.
• The Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to suspend, limit, or cancel this offer or render it ineligible for any account holder who manipulates the process, impartiality, or integrity of the offer or abuses it.
• This offer may be suspended, modified, or withdrawn at any time and without notice.
