« Eligible Client » refers to an individual who meets all of the following criteria:
- Is eligible for FÉRIQUE Funds: FÉRIQUE Funds are available exclusively to individuals aged 18 and over residing in Quebec who meet the eligibility requirements outlined in the prospectus.
- Is not already the holder of an eligible account with FÉRIQUE Investment Services during the promotional period.
- Has a valid email address associated with their client profile at FÉRIQUE Investment Services at the time the prize is awarded.
« Eligible Account» refers to an RRSP, TFSA, FHSA, or RESP account with FÉRIQUE Investment Services («FÉRIQUE»).
« Promotional Offer» refers to the offer described below.
« Terms» refers to these terms and conditions governing this promotional offer.
« You», « your», and « yours» refer to any eligible client.
« We», « our», « us», and « FÉRIQUE» refer to FÉRIQUE Investment Services (the Sponsor).
- If you meet the eligibility criteria and conditions stated, you will receive an email from FÉRIQUE containing a form that you must complete to allow us to send you a Fitbit Inspire 3 watch in the color of your choice (subject to availability on the supplier’s website).
- This email will be sent to the email address associated with your client profile at FÉRIQUE within 30 days after you reach $500 in net contributions in your eligible account.
- The promotion is valid for eligible accounts opened from March 23, 2026 to May 31, 2026 at midnight (ET) by eligible clients.
To be eligible for the promotional offer, you must:
- Be an eligible client.
- Open and contribute to an eligible account (RRSP, TFSA, FHSA, or RESP) with FÉRIQUE Investment Services between March 23 and May 31, 2026 at midnight (HE).
- Indicate, « FITBIT » or enter « FITBIT » in the promo code or referral code when opening the account.
- Take at least one of the following two actions:
- Make a minimum deposit of $500 into the eligible account within 30 days of account opening, or initiate an inter-institution fund transfer of at least $500 within 30 days of account opening.
- Set up a pre-authorized contribution plan of at least $50 per month, starting within 30 days of account opening, and accumulate at least $500 in net contributions in the eligible account within 12 months of opening the eligible account.
- The promotional offer is limited to one Fitbit Inspire 3 watch per eligible client.
- Your eligible account must remain open and in good standing, and the eligibility criteria you met to receive the promotional offer must remain in effect until May 31, 2027, that is, for 12 months following the end of the promotional offer.
- If, after receiving the promotional offer, you close your eligible account or no longer meet the eligibility criteria that allowed you to benefit from the promotional offer at any time before May 31, 2027, we reserve the right to debit your eligible account or any other account you hold with us for an amount equal to the value of the promotional offer, which is $130.
- If, for any reason, the promotional offer cannot proceed as planned, the Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion and without prior notice, to terminate or suspend the promotional offer in whole or in part, or to modify it at its discretion.
- The Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to amend, remove, or add to these Terms and Conditions from time to time and without notice. In the event of any discrepancy between these provisions and the content of any brochure or other promotional materials relating to this promotional offer, these Terms and Conditions shall prevail.
- The Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to suspend, limit, or cancel this promotional offer or to deem any Account holder ineligible if they manipulate the process, fairness, or integrity of the offer, or misuse it.
- This promotional offer may be suspended, modified, or withdrawn at any time and without notice.
- The promotional offer is available while supplies last.
- You declare that you have read and understood these Terms and Conditions and agree to be bound by them. Any notice from us regarding this promotional offer shall be deemed given on the date it is published on our website.
