« Eligible Client » refers to an individual who meets all of the following criteria:
- Is eligible to invest in the FÉRIQUE Funds: FÉRIQUE Funds are available exclusively to individuals aged 18 and over residing in Quebec who meet the eligibility requirements set out in the simplified prospectus of the FÉRIQUE Funds.
- Is not already the holder of an eligible account with FÉRIQUE Investment Services during the Promotional period.
- Has a valid email address associated with their client profile with FÉRIQUE Investment Services at the time the prize is awarded.
“Eligible Account” means an RRSP, TFSA, FHSA or RESP investment account with FÉRIQUE Investment Services ("FÉRIQUE").
“Promotional Offer” means the offer described below.
“Terms and Conditions” means these terms and conditions governing this Promotional Offer.
“You”, “your” and “yours” refer to any Eligible Client.
“We”, “our”, “ours” and “FÉRIQUE” refer to FÉRIQUE Investment Services (the Sponsor).
- If you meet the eligibility requirements and conditions set out herein, you will receive an email from FÉRIQUE containing an order form that you must complete to receive a Bose SoundLink Micro Portable Speaker (2nd Gen), i.e. the “Prize” (subject to availability on the supplier’s website).
- This email will be sent to the email address associated with your client profile with FÉRIQUE within 30 days after you have reached $500 in net contributions in your Eligible Account.
- The Promotional Offeris valid for Eligible Accounts opened by Eligible Clients between September 8, 2026 and November 15, 2026 at 11:59 p.m. (ET) ( the “Promotional Period”).
To qualify for the Promotional Offer, you must meet the following eligibility requirements (the “Eligibility Requirements”):
- Be an Eligible Client at any time during the Promotional Period.
- Open and contribute to an Eligible Account with FÉRIQUE Investment Services during the Promotional Period.
- Mention “BOSE” when opening the account or enter “BOSE” in the promotional code or referral code field.
- Complete the following two requirements:
- Reach a minimum balance of $500 in the Eligible Account no later than December 15, 2026, being within 30 days following the end of the Promotional Period; and
- Submit the completed order form no later than December 31, 2026.
- The Promotional Offer is not redeemable for cash, transferable or exchangeable.
- You are responsible for providing accurate and complete information in the order form. FÉRIQUE is not responsible if the Prize cannot be awarded due to incomplete or inaccurate information.
- The Promotional Offer is limited to one (1) Prize per Eligible Client.
- Your Eligible Account must remain open and in good standing, and the Eligibility Requirements that qualified you for the Promotional Offer must continue to be met until November 15, 2027, being 12 months following the end of the promotional period.
- If, after receiving the Promotional Offer, you close your Eligible Account or no longer meet the Eligibility Requirements that qualified you for the Promotional Offer at any time before November 15, 2027, we reserve the right to debit your Eligible Account or any other account you hold with us by an amount equal to the value of the Prize, namely $149.
- FÉRIQUE may modify, suspend or cancel the Promotional Offer if circumstances warrant, including in the event of an error, technical issue or any situation that could interfere with its proper administration.
- The Promotional Offer is valid while supplies last. If the Prize is no longer available, FÉRIQUE may replace it with a prize of equal or greater value.
- FÉRIQUE may refuse or cancel the participation of any Eligible Client who abuses the Promotional Offer, provides false information or attempts to circumvent these Terms and Conditions.
- In the event of any discrepancy between these Terms and Conditions and any advertising or communication relating to the Promotional Offer, these Terms and Conditions shall prevail.
- In the event of any discrepancy between the French and English versions of these Terms and Conditions, the French version shall prevail.
- By participating in the Promotional Offer, you confirm that you have read, understood and accepted these Terms and Conditions.
- FÉRIQUE is not responsible for any loss, theft, breakage or defect affecting the Prize after it has been awarded, or for any delays or issues related to the supplier or delivery.
- The Promotional Offer is subject to the applicable laws of Quebec and Canada.
