"Eligible Client" means an individual who meets all of the following criteria:
- Is eligible for FÉRIQUE Funds: FÉRIQUE Funds are available exclusively to individuals aged 18 and over residing in Quebec who meet the eligibility conditions outlined in the prospectus.
- Is not already the holder of an eligible account with FÉRIQUE.
- Has a valid email address associated with their client profile at FÉRIQUE Investment Services at the time of awarding the prize.
"Eligible Account" refers to the registered or non-registered investment account opened with FÉRIQUE Investment Services ("FÉRIQUE").
"Promotional Offer" refers to the offer described below.
"Conditions" refers to the present terms and conditions governing this promotional offer.
"You", "your", and "yours" refer to any eligible client.
"We", "our", "ours", and "FÉRIQUE" refer to FÉRIQUE Investment Services (the Sponsor).
- If you meet the eligibility criteria and conditions stated, you will receive an email from FÉRIQUE containing a form that you will need to complete to allow us to send you the Homepod mini of your choice.
- This email will be sent to the email address associated with your FÉRIQUE client profile within 30 days after you have reached $500 in net contributions to your eligible account.
- The promotion is valid for eligible accounts opened from August 18 to October 31, 2025 at midnight (ET) by eligible clients.
To be eligible for the promotional offer, you must:
- Be an eligible client.
- Open an eligible account with FÉRIQUE Investment Services between August 18 and October 31, 2025 at midnight (ET).
- Mention "HOMEPOD" when opening your account or write "HOMEPOD" in the promo code or referral code.
- Take at least one of the following two actions:
- Make a minimum deposit of $500 into the eligible account within 30 days of account opening or initiate a funds transfer of at least $500 between financial institutions within 30 days of account opening.
- Set up a pre-authorized contribution program of at least $50 per month, beginning within 30 days of account opening, and accumulate at least $500 in net contributions to the eligible account within 12 months of opening the eligible account.
- The promotional offer is limited to one HomePod mini per eligible client.
- This promotional offer cannot be combined with any other promotional offer from FÉRIQUE.
- Your eligible account must remain open and in good standing, and the eligibility criteria you met to benefit from the promotional offer must remain in effect until October 31, 2026, that is, for 12 months following the end of the promotional offer.
- If, after having benefited from the promotional offer, you close your eligible account or no longer meet the eligibility criteria that allowed you to benefit from the promotional offer at any time before October 31, 2026, we reserve the right to debit your eligible account or any other account you hold with us for an amount corresponding to the value of the promotional offer, that is, $150.
- If, for any reason, the Promotion cannot be conducted as planned, the Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion and without notice, to terminate or suspend the Promotion in whole or in part, or to modify it at its discretion.
- The Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to modify, delete, or add to these Terms and Conditions from time to time without notice. In the event of any inconsistency between these provisions and the content of any brochure or other promotional materials relating to this Promotion, these Terms and Conditions shall prevail.
- The Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to suspend, limit, or cancel this Promotion or to render it ineligible for any Account holder who manipulates the process, fairness, or integrity of the Promotion or abuses it.
- This Promotion may be suspended, modified, or withdrawn at any time without notice.
- This promotional offer is available while supplies last.
- You acknowledge that you have read and understood these Terms and Conditions and agree to be bound by them. Any notice from us regarding this promotional offer is deemed given on the day it is posted on our website.
