Although there is no one-size-fits-all approach, there are certain key steps that can help you structure this process effectively.
In this webinar, Me Éric Lavoie, notary specializing in family, estate, and personal law, will guide you through the main steps of estate planning. Using concrete examples, he will highlight the factors to consider and the decisions to make. A valuable opportunity to deepen your knowledge of the topic and ask your questions.

Karman Kong
Lawyer, author and columnist
Elleinvestit
Karman Kong is a lawyer and author of the best-selling book Elle investit: Bâtir sa richesse grâce à la Bourse. She is also a financial columnist for the Journal de Montréal.
Driven by the desire to fill a gap left by the education system, she discovered at the age of 28, like so many others, that she had never been given the tools to manage her money properly. She then embarked on self-directed learning, reading hundreds of books to build a solid foundation.
In 2021, she launched the @Elleinvestit page on Instagram, with the clear goal of making financial knowledge accessible, practical, and inclusive. She initially addressed women—often excluded from these topics—but her content has resonated far beyond that audience.
Today, Karman Kong uses her legal expertise and personal experience to help women and the general public understand the world of money.
