Marie-Claude Dumas, Eng., M.A.Sc., MBA


Marie-Claude Dumas holds a Bachelor of Engineering (1993) and a Master of Applied Science from the École Polytechnique (1995). She also has an MBA from HEC Montréal (1997). Ms. Dumas has more than 20 years of management and consulting experience acquired with various multinationals, including Bain & Company and Nortel. In 2006, she joined SNC-Lavalin, where she has held various management positions. In 2010 she was appointed Vice President, Operations, Hydro Division, and in 2012, she became Deputy Project Manager of the CHU Sainte-Justine Grandir en santé Project – extension work with the SNC-Lavalin Construction Division. She then held the position of Executive Vice-President, Hydro Power, from 2014 to 2015, when she was appointed Executive Vice-President, Human Resources.

Ms. Dumas was named an Honorary Member of the Board of Directors of FÉRIQUE Fund Management in April 2011, on the recommendation of the Executive Board of the Ordre des ingénieurs du Québec, with a three-year mandate. She was re-elected as an Honorary Member in 2014 for a second mandate. She brings a results-oriented management style to the organization.
