Gestion FÉRIQUE announces a new structure for its Balanced and Balanced Growth Funds

As manager of the FÉRIQUE Funds, Gestion FÉRIQUE announced today a new structure for its FÉRIQUE Balanced and Balanced Growth Funds, to take effect on or about November 1. From that date, three underlying funds will be incorporated into these Funds, namely the FÉRIQUE Diversified Income Fund, the NEI Northwest Emerging Markets Fund and the TD Emerging Markets Fund.

These changes are designed to ensure strategic optimization of the Funds’ geographic allocation. With the addition of underlying funds to these two funds of funds, the target weightings have been revised as follows:
