How to update your preferences on the Client Portal
- Click here to go to your profile, then scroll down to Preferences,
- Under Quarterly Statements & Tax Slips, choose Portal to receive your statements online for all your accounts,
- Click Validate changes at the bottom right of the screen.
How to update your preferences on the FÉRIQUE app
- Log in and tap the More (☰) icon at the bottom right
- Select My Profile, then scroll down to Preferences
- Under Quarterly Statements & Tax Slips, choose Portal to receive your statements online for all your accounts
- Tap Validate changes at the bottom right of the screen.
