As indicated in the simplified prospectus, FÉRIQUE Funds are valued each day the Toronto Stock Exchange is open. Since the Exchange will be closed on Saturday, February 21, and Saturday, February 28, 2026, no valuation of FÉRIQUE Funds will take place on these dates.
Therefore:
- All transactions made on February 21 will be valued at the closing market price on Monday, February 23, 2026.
- All transactions made after 4 pm on Friday, February 27, and throughout the day on Saturday, February 28, will be valued at the closing market price on March 2, 2026.
- The Client Portal remains available for processing your transactions.
