FÉRIQUE Funds Auditor Change Notice

In accordance with securities legislation, Gestion FÉRIQUE hereby notifies you of the auditor change detailed below.

Since December 31, 2006, Gestion FÉRIQUE has called upon the services of Ernst & Young as it pertains to the auditing of FÉRIQUE Funds’ financial statements.

Gestion FÉRIQUE has since applied the governance principles stated in FÉRIQUE Funds’ Responsible Investment Policy, which aim to ensure auditor independence by requiring that the audit manager be replaced every five years and that the audit firm be replaced every five to ten years.

In order to comply with the latter principle, Gestion FÉRIQUE proceeded with a call for tenders in 2013, to which four renowned auditing firms were invited to take part.

Following a thorough analysis of said tenders, PricewaterhouseCoopers was retained as FÉRIQUE Funds’ new auditing firm. This appointment was reviewed and proposed by the Audit Committee, then approved by Gestion FÉRIQUE’s Board of Directors and the Independent Review Committee of FÉRIQUE Funds. This change will be effective as of September 15, 2014.
