Mr. Dubé has a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Université Laval and a Bachelor of Civil Laws from the University of Ottawa. More recently, he also completed the Chartered Director Program at Université Laval. He has always worked in intellectual property and technology transfer, beginning his career as a litigation lawyer before the Federal Court and then acting as in-house counsel with major corporations (Bombardier, Alcan and Rio Tinto).
He has sat on various Boards of Directors, among others Moisson Rive-Sud, the largest food bank in the Montérégie, since 2015, of which he became Chairman almost 2 years ago. He has also been a member of the Board of Directors of the Palais des Congrès de Montréal since July 2019, where he sits on the Audit Committee.
Mr. Dubé was elected to the Board of Directors of FÉRIQUE Fund Management as an engineer member in April 2019.
