Claude Francoeur, Eng.
Claude Francoeur graduated in Electrical Engineering from Université de Sherbrooke (1964). He began his career at Bell Canada before joining Tioxide Canada as an Electrical and Project Engineer. For 37 years, he subsequently worked at various transportation companies, namely as Supply & Investment Director at Marine Industries Ltd., Corporate Director, Technology Investments & Transfers forGroupe Mil and Asian Supply Contract Officer at Bombardier Aerospace. Since 2006, he has been President of Canippon Services, an international consulting firm specializing in Asian-North American trade.
Mr. Francoeur has been very active within various associations, serving on the Board of Directors of the OIQ Richelieu Chapter since 2006. He also serves on the Quebec-Japan Business Forum Board since 2011 and was recently elected as the Chairman. He joined the Gestion FÉRIQUE Board of Directors in April 2012. With his extensive trade, management and business development experience from large companies, he provides our organization with a wealth of both knowledge and skills.
